Larkspur Editions

A room set for your property

A trade licence lets you print and display 4 Larkspur Editions designs at one named property: a holiday let, short-term let, rental, or home staging / interior styling project. Receive print-ready A4, A3 and A2 JPG files through Etsy Messages within 1 working day of your order, then print locally.

£25 per room set; Etsy adds VAT at checkout, bringing the total to £30.

Choose your 4 designs

Select up to 4 designs, then copy the list for your Etsy personalisation note. Select a chosen design again to remove it. Your choices stay selected when you filter collections.

How it works

  1. Choose 4 designs, copy the list and buy the trade licence on Etsy. Add the design names and your property name/town in the personalisation box at checkout.
  2. Download the licence terms and certificate PDF immediately from Etsy. We check availability and send your completed certificate and A4/A3/A2 JPG files through Etsy Messages within 1 working day of your order.
  3. Print locally and hang the prints inside your named property. No physical prints are shipped with this licence.

Licence terms summary

Each licence covers 4 designs at one named property. For 8 or 12 designs at the same property, buy quantity 2 or 3 and list every design in your personalisation note, or message us after checkout. A different property needs its own order.

You may print as many copies as you need for display inside that property, including in photos advertising the property. You may not share or resell the files, sell prints, reproduce designs for sale, put them on products for sale, display them at another property, or transfer the licence to another property or person. You may not use the designs or anything made from them to train or fine-tune an AI/ML model or build a dataset.

The licence is non-exclusive; others may buy and use the same designs, and similar images may exist elsewhere. We warrant only that we have the right to grant the licence. Files are provided as-is. Our total liability is limited to the price paid, except where the law does not allow a limit, including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Your statutory rights are not affected.

If a chosen design is unavailable, we will message you to choose another or refund the order in full. Your Etsy receipt is your proof of purchase; keep it with your completed certificate.

By buying this digital item you ask us to start supplying it straight away and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once the download is available. This does not affect your rights if a file is faulty or not as described. The full licence terms are supplied with your Etsy download.

Larkspur Editions designs are created using AI image-generation tools, with human curation and editing throughout. See How It's Made for the full process.
