Who you're buying from
Larkspur Editions is a trading name of Graham Tizzard, a sole trader. Address: 4 Balister Drive, Hartford, CW8 1TX. Email: hello@steadykeel.co.uk. Not VAT registered.
How you buy
Every Larkspur Editions piece is a digital download, sold through our shop on Etsy. This website doesn't take orders or payments: each "Buy on Etsy" button takes you to the listing on Etsy, and your order is placed and paid for there. Etsy's own terms of use cover the checkout and payment, and these terms cover what you're buying from us. Nothing physical is posted to you.
What you're buying
You get the digital files described in the Etsy listing, and a personal licence to use them:
Personal use and display in your own home or business premises. You may print it for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, share the file, or use it on products for sale or in commercial reproduction. You may not use the file, or anything made from it, to train or fine-tune an AI model or to build a dataset. You don't get exclusive rights: we may sell the same image to other buyers, and similar AI-generated images may exist elsewhere.
We keep the rights to the image itself. You're buying the files and the licence above, not the copyright.
Price and payment
The price you pay is shown at Etsy's checkout before you pay. It includes any VAT that Etsy is required to collect on digital items. There's no delivery charge. We don't run "was £X" comparisons or countdown discounts.
Cancellation and refunds
Changed your mind? Message us within 14 days of your order and we'll refund you in full, even if you've already downloaded the files. If a file is faulty or doesn't match its listing, tell us and we'll fix it or refund you. See the Returns policy for the details and the model cancellation form.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that can't be limited by law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer. Subject to that, we're responsible only for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill, and our total liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for that order.
What we don't promise
Non-exclusive: similar AI-generated images may exist elsewhere, and we don't promise the assets are unique.
We don't claim that any piece is unique or one of a kind, or that it has strong copyright protection: UK protection for AI-assisted images is limited, and may not exist outside the UK. We do promise that we have the right to sell you each piece and to grant you the licence above, and that each piece has passed the screening process described on "How It's Made". This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts there.
