What we hold and where it comes from
We hold your business name, a generic business email address published on your own website, and your Companies House number. The information comes from your public website and Companies House.
Why we use it
We use it to offer trade art licences and prints. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: introducing relevant products to businesses that may want them.
How long we keep it
We keep outreach information for 12 months from our last contact, or until you object. If you object, we stop outreach and keep only the details needed on our suppression list to make sure we do not contact you again.
Sharing and decisions
We do not share this information beyond our email provider, Google. We do not make automated decisions.
Your rights
You can object at any time by replying "no thanks" or writing to hello@steadykeel.co.uk. You can also ask to access or erase the information we hold about you at that address. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
